OUR PROCESS
Remodeling is a big event, whether it's a room or your whole house.
Here's how we make things easier.

We start by meeting with you to understand your vision, budget and timeline. We will discuss feasibility and possibly make suggestions to improve the project flow and/or conserve costs. Materials and products for the project will also be discussed to determine what is needed right away versus those that require several weeks' lead time (such as cabinets).

We then propose a project schedule that includes application time for required permits and actual construction time. Regular updates will be provided while executing the project.

You are invoiced for supplies and 50% of labor upfront and the remaining balance is due upon project completion (unless other arrangements are made).

Respect for Your Space
Our promise is to be respectful of you and your home as if it were our own. We wear booties and/or remove our shoes when entering your property, we will not smoke on your premises, and we'll use protective materials to prevent damage to your floors and walls. Lastly, we clean up after each job leaving your space better than we found it.
Health and Safety
We offer superior dust and dirt control methods during your project and follow relevant health and safety regulations to keep your home as clean, healthy and safe as possible through the remodel process.
Communication
We guarantee appropriate and adequate communication. Remodeling can be a difficult process with workers coming in and out of your home all day and rooms in your home being reduced to piles of rubble. We offer clear and effective communication we offer makes this process so much easier to understand and work with. The process of remodeling can sometimes involve unexpected challenges. Adjustments to the original plan are often a source of stress and frustration for owners - no matter the size of the project. If a change is unavoidable, we provide change orders in writing (to be signed by you) before continuing on. We make certain you always know and understand what’s happening with your remodel project.
